This is another shot from my visit to the Frank Lloyd Wright Rosenbaum House in downtown Florence Alabama. Although facing into the yard, and not facing the street, this was considered the front of the house. To the left is the living room. Straight ahead are bedrooms.

This is the putting green of Hillwood, Estate, the 25 acre property of Post Cereal heiress Marjorie Merriweather Post, which has been turned into an art museum. We visited while in Washington, D.C., last week. If you are a fan or Russian art and porcelain, this is the place for you.

I shot this with the iPhone 3G. I’m still amazed at the quality of photo I can get with that little thing. We were in Raleigh last week and stopped by the North Carolina Museum of Art. It was an impressive collection and free. The place was packed. I had to wait a little so I could get this photo without the legs of people walking by.

The Rosenbaum House was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and built in Florence, Alabama in 1939. This is a shot looks toward the study along a row of built-in book shelves in the living room.

We took what may have been our last camping trip with our pop up camper over July 4 weekend. Our two oldest children are tiring of camping and would rather hang out at home or with friends.
